Observation:
Seen on the PanelView 550 terminal.
Cause:
The application file in the PanelView 550 terminal's memory has somehow become corrupted and will not run.
Solution:
Erase the PanelView 550 application from memory and redownload it again. To do this, reboot/power cycl he PanelView 550. When the PanelView 550 terminal goes through its startup sequence codes and gets to sequence 32, press the "F6" and "9" keys simultaneously. This will erase the application file from the PanelView 550's memory. To verify the application has been deleted, select "terminal info" from the configuration mode menu and verify the "bytes used" is 0

С проблемой не прорисовки перьев сталкивалась на старом, добром RSView32. В свойствах TrendX на закладке Display в группе Scrolling есть параметр [b:dbea860edb]Buffer for extra data[/b:dbea860edb], попробуйте установить значение этого параметра в "0". Еще я на дисплее с трендом при переключении между шаблонами использую команду : ClearChart. Т.е. последовательность команд выглядит следующим образам:
Invoke Display.Trend1.ClearChart();
Invoke Display.Trend1.LoadTemplate(test).

Because VBA in the project is single threaded, if you are using any other VBA (such as for navigation or Display_AnimationStart), the above "To play the file WAV more than one time..." will not work. Here is a better way:
1. Create 8 HMI Digital Device Tags (not memory tags) called "SevTrig1" to "SevTrig8".
2. Create 8 HMI String Memory Tags called "SevSound1" to "SevSound8" (retentive) and set initial value to your your wav files including full path (Ex: C:\AlmSound\Sound.wav)
3. In the Alarm Setup / Severities tab: Place "SevTrig#" tags in External Bell for Severity 1 thru 8.
4. Create an HMI Screen (that will be hidden with /ZA).
On this screen create 8 rows (1 per severity):
Severity 1 = # sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
where:
* "Severity 1 =" is text with Color Animation using tag "SevTrig1"
* "#" is a NumericDisplay named "SeverityInd1" (ExposeToVBA = "VBA Control") with the below
expression (step 5) and VBA code (step 6).
* "ssss..." is StringDisplay named "SevSndFile1" (ExposeToVBA = "Type Info Extension")
with Expression: "SevSound1"
Duplicate this line for 2 through 8.
5. In the NumericDisplay Properties / Expression, place the following expression (adjust for 2-7):

By following this pattern, the individual playwave above will then fire once every five seconds only for the most important severity active. That will allow other VBA code to run during page changes, etc.
In my system this hidden page is called "AlmHornCtrl". I also have a page "AlmHornSelect" that allows adjustment of the sound files used during runtime (use either VBA or StringInput).

Здравствуйте всем. Может и глупый вопрос, но все же. Знатоки, подскажите пожалуйста.
В проекте RSView32 работаю с удаленным OPC Kepware.
При добавлении нового тега, в окне OPC Address Browser вижу следующее: server doesn't support browsing namespace
Если же в адресе тега прописываю путь, то значения тегов удаленного OPC Kepware читаются.
ИЗ Matrikon OPC Explorer Kepware вижу.

Однако, с помощью дополнительного компонента FT Transaction Manager в SCADA-систему FTView можно втянуть данные из многих источников, в том числе и из OPC-сервера.
И не только с RSLinx Classic, но и с программ от других производителей.
В частности с Micro800 работают продукты от Keepware, от Matricon, от Beijer.
Разумеется, что ради информации с одного-двух Micro800 контроллеров всё это затевать бессмысленно - дешевле контроллер сменить, чем софт закупать, но если что - такая возможность есть.

Биметаллические теплухи ставятся в номинал.
Автоматы, которые я использую последние лет 10, выбираются х1,5 - х2 в зависимости от условий.
Мотор-автоматы дороже, использую редко, опыта мало.
Электронные реле перегрузки ещё не использовал, но по докам, выходит, что они, как и биметаллические, тоже моделируют тепловой режим обмоток двигателя, при этом не зависят от тем-ры окр.среды.
По идее, если судить по докам, мотор-автомат выбирается по номиналу мощности. Так-же, читая документацию на 40M-... , до конца не уверен, что правильно понял: данные автоматы обеспечивают функции теплового реле/нет?

Likewise, in SoftLogix, there is a separate process, the
SL5KServer, which has the same thread. The engine communications
with its server via IPC and the server communicates to the engine
using normal communication protocols via RSLinx.
Following download, the SL5KServer opens the image sent to the
engine during download and attempts to go online. Similarly,
following a power cycle (or pull/redrop), the server opens an
ACD, downloads it to the engine, and automatically goes online as
part of a normal download. Either way, once the controller has
an image to run, the SL5KServer should be online.
Every 10 seconds, a thread in the engine asks the server if it is
still online. If it is not, then the engine turns the battery
LED ON (RED) and sends a command to the server to ask it to try
to go online. If the battery LED was not already ON, it also
logs a battery fault. If communications are just busy, the LED
may go RED and then when the comm thread has more time, it may
eventually turn green again. This thread checks every 10 seconds
even if persistent storage save is disabled, since a save will
still occur at powerdown.
Every time interval, the thread referenced above in the engine
will also ask the SL5KServer to perform a save.
Following this, it should be clear that anything that would cause
RSLogix 5000 to go offline will also cause the SL5KServer to go
offline (and hence turn the battery LED RED). A few
possibilities:
Comm thread in engine not responding for 32 seconds.
Any RSLinx communication problem (including a crash).
Loss of communications with the engine.
Loss of correlation.
In addition to these possibilities, the following cases will also
cause a RED LED:
Fatal exception in SL5KServer (including RSLogix 5000
support DLLs).
Any serious error that occurs in the save of the archive:

Кроме переноса проекта нужно переносить настройки FT Directory (FactoryTalk Administration Console).
Если не получается, тогда попробуй облегчить себе работу через экспорт - импорт.

Ваша подсказка помогла. На новом компе я создал новый проект в Networke и присоединил HMI Server из начального компа. Проект стал рабочим.
И еще проверил перенос Backup - Restore. В Local переноситься без проблем.
Остался один вопрос. Как перенести Alarm Server?
