 Проблемы нет никакой. Сохраните программу из контроллера на карточке, вставьте карточку в компьютер, она распознается, как диск. Следайте имедж с этого диска и пошлите коллеге мэйлом. Он запишет имедж карточки на свою такую же карточку и вставит в контроллер. Потом нужно загрузить программу с карточки, и если контроллер идентичен, всё будет работать. In the first 2 cases no image will be saved to battery backed ram. When the controller is powered back up the image saved in battery back ran is marked invalid and will not be loaded. So the controller will power up and appear to have lost its program. In case 3 the controller will save the image to battery back ram. Then the image will be retained for about 30 to 60 seconds. There are capacitors on the controller that will hold up the battery backed ram for 30 to 60 seconds. After the 30 to 60 seconds the controller will powerup and no program will be loaded. Important facts to know: 1. On a power down, the controller memory is saved to battery backed ram whether or not CompactFlash is installed. 2. [b:48dd3b71ba]If CompactFlash is installed and set to load "always", CompactFlash will win over battery backed ram.[/b:48dd3b71ba] 3. [b:48dd3b71ba]If the CompactFlash is installed and set to load "on corrupt", memory will be loaded from battery backed ram unless battery backed ram is corrupt.[/b:48dd3b71ba] 4. Disconnecting the battery after power is removed for 30 to 60 seconds will clear battery backed ram. 5. L6X controller at V13 (this applies to all controllers that use CompactFlash). Downloaded a program to it and created 2 CF cards. One set to load on powerup (1) and one set to load on corrupt memory (2). 1. Took another controller and loaded FW 15.4. No program loaded, no battery. Took card 1 and inserted it into the controller. The controller was flashed to V13 and the program was loaded. 2. Took another controller and loaded FW 12.XX. No program loaded, no battery. Took card 2 and inserted it into the controller. The controller was flashed to V13 and the program was loaded. 3. Took another controller and loaded FW 15.4 with the V15 version program loaded, battery. Took card 1 and inserted it into the controller. The controller was flashed to V13 and the program was loaded. 4. Took another controller and loaded FW 15.4 with the V15 version program loaded, battery. Took card 2 and inserted it into the controller. The controller stayed at V15 with the V15 program loaded. Nothing was loaded because the memory of the controller was not corrupt. 5. Took another controller loaded with factory default firmware. Took card 1 and inserted it into the controller. The controller was flashed to V13 and the program was loaded. 6. Я ему пересылаю редактированную прогу на Logix в виде вышеуказанного файла, а он всего-лишь прошивает CompactFlash и вперед.

Вы может задать одно-единственное значение, а можете его менять в программе, если нужно. Но нужна ли Вам в действительности квадратичная функция? Параметр XY1Size имеет размерность DINT, и Вы можете задать так много точек в таблице, чтобы была достигнута необходимая Вам точность кусочно-линейнй аппрокимации. Просто расчёт показывает, что при 1 тысяче точек достигается точность 0,1 процента. Я никогда в жизни не сталкивался со случаями, когда в действительности была необходима бОльшая точность.

 Доброго времени суток. Имеется сигнал и его требуется линейно откалибровать. FGen[6] - FUNCTION_GENERATOR X_arr_Data[6] - массив значений по X Y_arr_Data[6] - массив значений по Y FGen[6].In := 3,4554 (Передаем входное значение) fgen(F_Gen_Data[6], X_arr_Data[6].Data,Y_Arr_Data[6].Data); Data_Value[6] := FGen[6].Out; Долго бился над тем что выдается все время только нижний предел калибровки. Оказалось, что есть F_Gen[6].XY1Size в котором было значение 1 и выдавалась калибровка только по одному 1-му интервалу, поставил 8 (калибровка по 8 точкам) и все заработало. Вопрос: Как FUNCTION_GENERATOR определяет по скольким точкам ему считать значения? Динамически ли определяется значение точек F_Gen[6].XY1Size? Если нет, то как это задать что пересчитывалось при изменении кол-ва входных точек? Есть ли возможность использовать квадратичную ф-ию для пересчета?R

 Было такое при н.у. для CompactLogix L30/31, все работало и перестало, при проверке оказался контроллер сброшен как без батарейки, хотя с последней все нормально. Перезалил программу - все стало нормально.

 Доброго времени суток. Наверное всем приходилось сталкиваться с проблемами из ниоткуда. Все работало и вдруг перестало, при условиях что контроллер в закрытом ящике, заземлен, стоит UPS, батарейка исправна и пр н.у. За свою недолгую практику (4 мес) с контроллерами CompactLogix у меня случалось ситуация 2 раза. Все ситуации происходили сами по себе без усилий со стороны, так как это физически трудно сделать в силу изложенных выше причин. В первый раз стерлась программа из контроллера и сбросилось время. При том что все работало минуту назад и все исправно (см. н.у. выше). Это было непонятно, но починилось перезаписью программы и времени Во второй раз было сложнее ( разбор ситуации см. - http://vdt-automation.com.ua/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&p=1104#1104 Сообщение добавлено: Вт 20 Июн, 2006 6:20:32 ) Но тоже было починено. В связи с этим, предлагаю создать раздел на форуме под описания проблем и путей их решения, а то иногда трудно понять из-за чего та или иная проблема и как ее решить..

 Доброго времени суток. Есть система в работе, состав 1769 L30 / IF8 / IQ16 / IQ16 + NET-ENI 1. Пропала связь с контроллером через RSLinx, по http NET-ENI доступен, но через ENI ENIW Utility не подключается 2. Перезапуск системы по питанию 3. Восстановилась связь, контроллер в Fault 4. Нет связи с модулями по задней шине - I/O Flashing 5. Замена модулей / IF8 / IQ16 / IQ16. 6. Результат отрицательный Как результат, вечный вопрос: что могло произойти чтоб такое случилось и как это исправить? Можно ли перейти на RSLogix 5000 v.15 для процессора L30? (В списке нет 15 версии для этой модели)

 Добрый день всем! Привет из Анжеро-Суджинска! Когда будет новая 16 версия Logix? Надеюсь, там не будет коренных различий с v.13 and v.15?
