Существует топливо-заправочный комплекс с ПЛК Allen Bradley 1756. ПАЗ, газоанализ, пожарные сигналки, насосы управляются и контролируются с ПЛК "AB controllogix1756". Так же используются отечественные локальные системы автоматики(ЛСА) для управления трк, измерения уровня, температуры, плотности в емкостях. ЛСА сообщаются со скадой через OPC. Цель: архивирование данных с контроллера и OPC. Количество тегов-700. Вопрос: какую систему сбора данных от Rockwell следует приобрести?

Всем доброго дня коллеги!
Такой вот вопрос возник: пусть результат некоторых сравнений мне надо присвоить булевой переменной.
Пример: a,x - bool; b,с - DINT.
Можно написать выражение вида
X := a AND (b>0) AND (c<b);
а можно
If a AND (b>0) AND (c<b) Then
x := 1;
else
x := 0;
end_if;
Пишется ST (там еще большой кусок кода). Оба этих варианта "проглатываются" ControlLogix'ом и работают.
Вот какой из ни смотрится "правильнее" с точки зрения контроллера (компилятора)?

If using INTERCHANGE (older version of interface drivers), disable the INTERCHANGE drivers. (reboot the computer (Windows 95) or exiting Windows and performing an "abicstop" at the DOS prompt.)
Connect the PanelView Terminal to your personal computer via one of the following methods:
For: Remote I/O, Data Highway Plus, DF1, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, or Modbus terminal (2711-xxx1, xxx8, xxx10, xxx12, xxx14, xxx15, xxx16), connect the RS-232, 2711-NC13 cable between the printer/transfer port of the PanelView and Com1 port of the PC.
For: DH-485/RS-232 terminal (2711-xxx5, xxx9), connect the RS-232, 2711-NC13 cable between the RS-232 (DH-485) comm port of the PanelView and the com1 port the PC.
For: DH-485 terminal (2711-xxx2, xxx3), connect the 1747-PIC module and cable between the RS-485(DH-485) comm port of the PanelView and the com1 port of the PC.
Note: The 1747-PIC must be powered by a separate power supply (1747-AIC, 24Vdc / or / 2711-NP1, DH-485 power supply).
Run the PanelView Firmware Upgrade Utility.
Select the appropriate Display, User Input type, and Protocol combination for the PanelView terminal that will be updated.
Press the “Select Alternate Source Location” button and browse to the directory on the hard drive where the firmware file is saved.
Select the file and press OK.
Select the “Serial COM port” destination radio button and the COM port that will be used for the firmware file download to the terminal.
Press the “Download” button.
Reset the PanelView when prompted by cycling power to the PanelView
On power up, the file will be transferred from the PC to the PanelView terminal.

You can also copy the latest version of the ActiveX control to the SE server and client computer(s) and re-register it (open command prompt and enter: regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\<file name> )

After conversation project from RSView 3.20 to FactoryTalk SE 6.0 via HMI Backup/Restore utilities
I start to recieve alarm "Different ActiveX control loaded for display XXXXX that when saved" and
"cause:Trend:Never file used".
I think its connect to using Trend ActiveX control with old version (from RSView 3.20) in new project.
All trends works propertly, but i want to fix this problem.
How to resolve a problem?

Answer
This could be caused by wrong configuration data in RSLogix 5000 such as slot number or module does not have an IP address
Check the properties of the Ethernet module within the RSLogix 5000 software

Да, стоят галочки на всех модулях.
Снять галочки и прогрузить?
