 Вопроса два: 1. Какая у вас версия RSLogix, не 16 ли случайно ;) ?; 2. Все таки через Data Monitor видны переменные?

 RSLinx сконфигурирован, соединение есть, начинаю скачивать. Программа скачивается минут 10-15, а когда и 20минут и недокачавшись вылетает ошибка. Купили кабель 1747-CP3, проблема не исчезла. Китайский переходник выручал не раз. Подключался к разным видам контроллеров. Буду пробовать подключаться через стационарный комп без переходника с реальным COM-портом. RSLinx сконфигурирван при помощи Auto-Configure

 Для соединения с CompactLogix по RS-232 Вам потребуется один из кабелей 1784-CP3, 1756-CP3 или 1747-CP3. Распайку можно посмотреть тут: http://vdt-automation.com/files/ab_cable_pin_outs.zip Кроме того, далеко не все имеющиеся на рынке преобразователи USB-COM способны поддерживать все необходимые линии интерфейса.  Добрый день! Помогите с проблемой. Во время скачивания проекта с контроллера Allen-Bradley CompactLogix в разное время происходит ошибка связи [img:20b20ee28e]http://s12.radikal.ru/i185/1106/c7/73b6f918fed8.jpg[/img:20b20ee28e] При подключении использую нуль-модемный кабель Siemens и переходник с COM на USB и ноутбук. Какие могут быть возможные причины? Заранее благодарен!

 Добрый день! Для открытия проекта для PLC B&R требуется программное обеспечение Automation Studio 2.6.0.  вот еще ... How to eliminate an Axes Only axes in your motion group are searched for during startup of the Sercos ring. By removing axes from your motion group it is possible to isolate a startup problem. With Rslogix5000 off-line, drag an axis from your motion group to the Ungrouped folder. The axis is still present in your logix project, but will not be searched for as the Sercos ring comes up. If the Sercos ring comes up with axes in the Ungrouped folder but not when the axes are in your Motion Group, then one or more of the axes have problems. Using this technique it is possible to isolate a Sercos ring problem to a single axis. Care must be taken when moving axes on a 1394 or Kintix6000 drive. Axes are configured on these drives from left to right, with no gaps. It is not valid to remove the first axis, but leave the second axis. Inhibit Motion Module None of the axes associated with an inhibited motion module are required to be present to synch up a motion group. To inhibit a motion module go to the Connections Tab under the module's properties and check the "Inhibit Module" box. ... но это лишь поможет решить проблему установления коммуникации, а вот "перезагрузку" :(

 Set up SERCOS ring as shown below: 16#FD08 - SERCOS Communication Fault - SERCOS Ring is not Complete. •CP = Solid Red (0), Ring LED = Off - The module has detected no ring data on its receiver. This indicates that the ring is not complete. •One or more SERCOS drives is turned off, thereby breaking the ring. •The configured data rate does not match the selected data rate on the SERCOS drive. For example, configured for 4 MB, the data rate selected on drive is 2 MB. •The fibre optic cable is not connected, or is connected incorrectly. ◦A transmit signal connected to a Tx connector on the drive. If there is red light coming out of the end of the fibre cable, it should be connected to the Rx port on the drive. ◦Check each drive. ◦If Network status LED is Flashing green, then ring is correct from Tx of SERCOS Module to that drive. ◦If Network status LED is flashing Red, then it is not receiving a valid ring signal. ◦A drive closer to the SERCOS module is not working, or a fibre cable is not connected or connected incorrectly. •CP=Alternating Red/Green (2), Ring LED = Flashing Green - Can't find configured nodes. Nodes for configured drives do not match nodes selected on drives.
