Это соединение через протокол ethernet я так понял. ethernet я смогу подключить к порту RS232 контроллера?
В законченном виде это устройство должно работать без компьютера, самостоятельно.
А нету вот такой вот инструкции 18955 PanelView, MicroLogix&SLC RS232 Cables, искал, но что-то не нашел? Эта инструкция указана в 32324_PVP_ML
В программе для MicroLogix надо добавлять какие-то отдельные инструкции, чтобы активировать порт связи?
Вот скрины, ничего не могу понять?! RSLinx он увидит панель если она подключена к процессору, а он к компьютеру?

Для соединения с CompactLogix по RS-232 Вам потребуется один из кабелей 1784-CP3, 1756-CP3 или 1747-CP3. Распайку можно посмотреть тут:

Кроме того, далеко не все имеющиеся на рынке преобразователи USB-COM способны поддерживать все необходимые линии интерфейса.

Set up SERCOS ring as shown below:
16#FD08 - SERCOS Communication Fault - SERCOS Ring is not Complete.
•CP = Solid Red (0), Ring LED = Off - The module has detected no ring data on its receiver. This indicates that the ring is not complete.
•One or more SERCOS drives is turned off, thereby breaking the ring.
•The configured data rate does not match the selected data rate on the SERCOS drive. For example, configured for 4 MB, the data rate selected on drive is 2 MB.
•The fibre optic cable is not connected, or is connected incorrectly.
◦A transmit signal connected to a Tx connector on the drive. If there is red light coming out of the end of the fibre cable, it should be connected to the Rx port on the drive.
◦Check each drive.
◦If Network status LED is Flashing green, then ring is correct from Tx of SERCOS Module to that drive.
◦If Network status LED is flashing Red, then it is not receiving a valid ring signal.
◦A drive closer to the SERCOS module is not working, or a fibre cable is not connected or connected incorrectly.
•CP=Alternating Red/Green (2), Ring LED = Flashing Green - Can't find configured nodes. Nodes for configured drives do not match nodes selected on drives.

Нужна консультация по сервоприводам Kinetix
В проекте стоит задача управлять положением существующего дозирующего топливного клапана. Механически клапан имеет вал с рычагом для подключения привода. Вал может поворачиваться на 120 градусов, момет сопротивления на валу 5 кг*м. Привод должен обеспечивать позицирование вала в пределах этих 120 градусов, время полной перекладки клапана должна быть 2 секунды.
Для реализации этой задачи было предложено использование следующего оборудования:

Личного опыта работы с приводами нет, просмотрел руководство по выбору, но не нашел никаких упоминаний на использования того оборудования в задаче подобной, требуемой. Люди, предложившие оборудование к сожалению на вопросы отвечают не уверенно, и примера подобного использования привести не могут.
Вопрос собственно, правильно ли выбрано оборудование?

Хорошо, а для кольцевой конфигурации (такая и предусматривается проектом)? Произойдет ли переключение с основного ЦП (адрес IP) на резервный ЦП (адрес IP+1) на приведенной схеме при отказе коммутатора, помеченного красным значком (формально — должна происходить, с учетом фразы из руководства «break or disconnection of a ControlNet tap or ethernet cable»; отказ коммутатора приравнивается к disconnection ethernet cable)? Смогут ли сервера FT View SE безударно переключиться на обмен данными с резервной стойкой?

Два коммутатора нужны для того, чтобы при отказе одного из них возможна была работа с резервированной ControlLogix-1756 системой теми абонентами, кто подключен ко второму коммутатору. В руководстве ControlLogix Redundancy System Manual, 1756-UM523F-EN-P одной из причин переключения с primary chassis на secondary названо как раз – «break or disconnection of a ControlNet tap or ethernet cable». Или при отказе коммутатора такого переключения между primary и secondary chassis не произойдёт?

Solution:
To turn on the default web page:
1. Go to Control Panel-> Administrative Tools.
2. For Windows 2000, launch "Internet Services Manager".
3. For Windows XP, launch "Internet Information Services".
4. Drill down the folders until underneath this computer name you see "Default Web Site". If it has the word "Stopped" next to it, right-click it and choose "Start".
To Resynchronize the HMI server's tag database by deleting the tag cache files:
1. Find the HMI Server folder for the problem tag database in Windows Explorer (i.e., C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\RSView Enterprise\SE\HMI Projects\<HMIServerName>).
2. Delete the 'cache' subfolder and also the CAC file in the 'Tag' subfolder (i.e., <HMIServerName.CAC).
3. Reboot the machine to force a re-resynchronization of the tag database.
Note: the tag database is re-synchronized when the HMI server starts. If the HMI server is configured to start on system startup (on reboot), it is not necessary to open and load the application in View Studio. If the HMI server is configured to start on demand, the server will only start once a client (either View Studio or Display Client) is run.
If Windows 2000 Server (as an HMI Server) is setup for use with Terminal Services, use the local console instead of a remote Terminal Services session for the Import.
If using RSView Studio 4.00.00 (CPR 7), the logged in user to FactoryTalk must be an authenticated user to the application. Please do the following:
1. Launch RSView Studio and open your application
2. Go to Settings and select RSView User Accounts
3. Click on the icon labeled Add User/Group
4. Click on Add and select the desired FactoryTalk User and hit OK
5. Check Allow "All Actions" for the user that was just added and hit OK
6. Click "Close" on the right to exit out of the User Accounts window and click Yes to Save changes to document

У меня такой вопрос.
Имееться контроллер ControlLogix 1756-L63 с аналоговыми-дискретными входами-выходами(1756-IF8, 1756-IF8H, 1756-OF8, 1756-IB32, 1756-OB32). Далее у меня на шкафе cнизу монтируеться 1492-AIFM8-F-5, 1492-ACABLE010TB, 1492-ACABLE010UD, 1492-IFM40D24A-2, 1492-IFM40D24-2. Далее у меня монтируеться барьеры от Pepperl+Fuchs HiD2024-185930 (Analogue Input/Output), HiD2038-121484 Smart Repeater, HiD2824-121451 Transformer Isolated Barrier, HiD2874-121505 Solenoid Driver, HiDTB08-UNI-SC-SC-195046, HiDTB16-UNI-SC-SC-195046 Termination board H-System.
Имееться ли у Rockwell специальный кабел (как типа 1492-ACABLE010TB ), для того что бы напрямую с модулей I/O подсоединить на Termination board H-System.
Потому что у некоторых производителей такой кабел есть. Например, у ABB DSTK 150.
