 Я правильно понимаю, что контроллер робота представляет собой специализированный компьютер под Windows?
Есть ли у вас в сети DeviceNet еще какие-нибудь узлы кроме энкодера?
Если да, то видны ли они? Можете ли Вы контролировать или изменять их параметры из RSNetworx for DeviceNet?

Disable all drivers associated with the communication port that will be used for downloading the firmware to the PanelView Terminal.
If using INTERCHANGE (older version of interface drivers), disable the INTERCHANGE drivers. (reboot the computer (Windows 95) or exiting Windows and performing an "abicstop" at the DOS prompt.)
Connect the PanelView Terminal to your personal computer via one of the following methods:
For: Remote I/O, Data Highway Plus, DF1, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, or Modbus terminal (2711-xxx1, xxx8, xxx10, xxx12, xxx14, xxx15, xxx16), connect the RS-232, 2711-NC13 cable between the printer/transfer port of the PanelView and Com1 port of the PC.
For: DH-485/RS-232 terminal (2711-xxx5, xxx9), connect the RS-232, 2711-NC13 cable between the RS-232 (DH-485) comm port of the PanelView and the com1 port the PC.
For: DH-485 terminal (2711-xxx2, xxx3), connect the 1747-PIC module and cable between the RS-485(DH-485) comm port of the PanelView and the com1 port of the PC.
Note: The 1747-PIC must be powered by a separate power supply (1747-AIC, 24Vdc / or / 2711-NP1, DH-485 power supply).
Run the PanelView Firmware Upgrade Utility.
Select the appropriate Display, User Input type, and Protocol combination for the PanelView terminal that will be updated.
Press the “Select Alternate Source Location” button and browse to the directory on the hard drive where the firmware file is saved.
Select the file and press OK.
Select the “Serial COM port” destination radio button and the COM port that will be used for the firmware file download to the terminal.
Press the “Download” button.
Reset the PanelView when prompted by cycling power to the PanelView
On power up, the file will be transferred from the PC to the PanelView terminal.

You can also copy the latest version of the ActiveX control to the SE server and client computer(s) and re-register it (open command prompt and enter: regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\<file name> )

В последнее время появилась проблема: падает сервис DCOM , что приводит к потере листa recepies. Приходится перезагружать сервер RSBatch и в ручную запускать все recepies на сервере.
Не понятно почему падает сервис и как это предотвратить в будущем.
У кого-то есть какие-то предположения?

Имей ввиду, что USB Dongle может менять букву внешнего диска.
Или на всех компьютерах размножь файлы из каталога: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\[b:901ef39a6b]Rockwell Automation\Activations[/b:901ef39a6b]
И в Activation Manager укажи этот путь (поищи на Donlgle файлы с расширениями: [b:901ef39a6b]lic[/b:901ef39a6b]). Пример файла: [code:1:901ef39a6b]# Rockwell Software License File

FLEXID - привязка лицензии к Dongle. Вместо * будут буквы и цифры твоей лицензии.
В работе будет тот, в который вставлен USB Dongle.
Кстати эти файлы рекомендую хранить во множестве мест, что бы потом не было "мучительно больно", можно распечатать...

Уважаемый dv_. У меня имеется USB брелок 9509USB-DONG2 с загруженной на него активацией. Когда я вставляю данный брелок на машину с установленной и активированной лицензией (в папке с лицензиями есть файлик лицензии и в TFactivation manager отображается соответствующая лицензия) появляется сообщение следующего характера - "Вуху, спасибо хозяин, активация принята". Когда я вынимаю брелок и запускаю RSLogix5000 появляется сообщение следующего характера - "Активация не найдена, грейс период 7 дней".
Моя насущная задача - это активировать RSLogix5000 v20 на другой машине, но когда я вставляю свой USB брелок с лицензией, то ни чего не происходит ВООБЩЕ. Установил все, что требуется: FTActivation V3.50, USB CIP driver V3.16. Когда вставляю USB брелок, windows его понимает и определяет.
Что бы вы могли еще посоветовать?

Error 1721. There is a problem with Windows Installer package.

Please perform following steps:
Go to Microsoft web side and run Fix it software - http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall
Click Accept button. To Accept Microsoft License Agreement.
Click Detect programs and let me select the fixes to apply .
Select Uninstalling and CCW that you want to remove .
Now you can install newer version of CCW software.
