 Установил патчи. Validate теперь при проверке рисует зеленую галочку.
Стало еще ХУЖЕ работать: теперь после перезапуска ПЭВМ в 30% случаев сразу не принимает ввод в полях ввода. В ActivityLog следующие записи:

Not enough memory to carry out the operation.
Error writing to tag 'HARD_ON1\Ro_time'.
В окне 30 полей ввода с галочкой Continuously Update. Теги типа float, привязанные через OPC. Контроллер 1769-L32E.
Без перезапуска проекта отключил Node в RSView - проблема осталась. Следовательно причина в RSView32.
У меня работает множество проектов на WinXP, RSView 6.40-7.20. Никогда подобных проблем не было. Тут заказчик настоял на Win7.
Восстановил старые файлы, которые сохранил до патча. Теперь работает стабильнее, но проблема осталась.
У меня одного что-ли такое несчастье?

Предложу радикальный метод, который с большой вероятностью покажет причину отвала, поставьте галочку в свойствах Ethernet модуля:

И ждите следующего отвала модуля, только одно но, контроллер уйдет в Fault и Вы увидите код ошибки.

Понятно. С FactoryTalk View дело обстоит так, как описано в [url=http://vdt-solutions.de/files/kb34321.pdf]kb34321[/url]. Там же приведена ссылка на архив с файлами примера. Речь в публикации идет, правда, о старой версии RSViewSE, но с тех пор по большому счету ничего не изменилось.

Disable all drivers associated with the communication port that will be used for downloading the firmware to the PanelView Terminal.
If using INTERCHANGE (older version of interface drivers), disable the INTERCHANGE drivers. (reboot the computer (Windows 95) or exiting Windows and performing an "abicstop" at the DOS prompt.)
Connect the PanelView Terminal to your personal computer via one of the following methods:
For: Remote I/O, Data Highway Plus, DF1, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, or Modbus terminal (2711-xxx1, xxx8, xxx10, xxx12, xxx14, xxx15, xxx16), connect the RS-232, 2711-NC13 cable between the printer/transfer port of the PanelView and Com1 port of the PC.
For: DH-485/RS-232 terminal (2711-xxx5, xxx9), connect the RS-232, 2711-NC13 cable between the RS-232 (DH-485) comm port of the PanelView and the com1 port the PC.
For: DH-485 terminal (2711-xxx2, xxx3), connect the 1747-PIC module and cable between the RS-485(DH-485) comm port of the PanelView and the com1 port of the PC.
Note: The 1747-PIC must be powered by a separate power supply (1747-AIC, 24Vdc / or / 2711-NP1, DH-485 power supply).
Run the PanelView Firmware Upgrade Utility.
Select the appropriate Display, User Input type, and Protocol combination for the PanelView terminal that will be updated.
Press the “Select Alternate Source Location” button and browse to the directory on the hard drive where the firmware file is saved.
Select the file and press OK.
Select the “Serial COM port” destination radio button and the COM port that will be used for the firmware file download to the terminal.
Press the “Download” button.
Reset the PanelView when prompted by cycling power to the PanelView
On power up, the file will be transferred from the PC to the PanelView terminal.

Заплаток еще никаких не устанавливали.
RSView6.40 так же работал отлично без заплаток, поэтому понадеялись на надежность ПО.
Будем устанавливать. По описанию последняя заплатка должна помочь, хотя у нас проект не совсем "crash" (только перестает работать ручной ввод).
Повторюсь: у нас ситуация точно как в Knowledgebase id 21374, только RSView32 7.60.
Problem:
When tag writes are performed on OPC tags, after several hundred writes, the writes will always fail. The time interval between writing to OPC tags does not make any difference. The following error is logged in the activity log:
"Not enough memory to carry out the operation. Error writing to tag 'Tag1'."
Direct driver and DDE tags are not affected.
