Конечно, можно забить сенквесеры на Timer.ACC, маскировать несколько младших битов (для компенсации нестабильности время вызова и выполнения задачи относительно системного времени) и таким образом управлять 3 битами. Но не только у Вас наблюдается стремление сделать простейшие операции какими-то мощными инструкциями, особенно с труднопроизносимыми названиями. Сам себя иногда ловил на этом.
Светофор можно сделать и непосредственно обращаясь к тегам системного времени в 64-битном варианте, и непосредственно управляя временем вызова задачи, счетчиками и анализом времени выполнения и вызова задачи. Можно придумать также задачу по событию и еще 100 методов решения.
Но чтобы не использовать кучу тегов, достаточно циклический таймер и инструкциями сравнения Timer.ACC с какими-то значениями включать и выключать биты.
Можно непосредственно анализировать определенные биты в Timer.ACC и на основе простого анализа использовать это вместо инструкций сравнения, но тогда придется по клаве стучать подольше, а ведь клава-то не железная, да и руки не казенные...
Когда мне надо было тупо щелкать затвором в определенное время, но с настройкой временных диаппазонов, я использовал в LD такой вид:
CMP((Timer.ACC)MOD((Ustavki[30]+1)) <= Ustavki[30]*Ustavki[31]) OTE(Output.Data.9);
где:
Timer - таймер
Ustavki[30] - время цикла, мс
Ustavki[31] - коэффициент времени открытого состояния
Конечно, время выполнения этой конструкции на несколько мксек больше стандартного подхода, но зато все умещается в одной цепочке и удобнее читать код проги.

Уважаемый Velikij,
в RSLogix5000 v16 есть команды цифровых и аналоговых алармов. В частности, команда генерирования аналоговых алармов называется ALMA. В этой команде есть тэги HHlimit, Hlimit, LLlimit и Llimit. Изменяя значения этих тэгов, Вы можете динамически изменять уставки алармов.

В RSView32, например, Вы можете указать в качестве граничного значения Alarm не фиксированное значение, а имя тэга, в котором оно будет содержаться. А тэг меняйте, как хотите (в контроллере или в RSView32).

В случае, если Вы желаете получить картинку с FT View Server-а через web, то эта функция уже присутствует в возможностях продукта, но для работы необходима служба Microsoft® Windows® Terminal Services.
В случае, если Вы звхотите объединить и визуализацию икакие-то отчеты по продуктам, то есть такой продукт - FactoryTalk Portal. Посмотреть его возможности можно здесь:

6. Фактически, если задача пустковая, Вы можете средствами самого FactoryTalk View Server логировать данные через ODBC в любую базу данных. Далее на VBA писать формирование отчетов.
Вообще, для таких задач я бы рекомендовал использовать такой продукт Rockwell - FactoryTalk Historian Classic и FactoryTalk Transaction Manager. В комплект поставки входит MSSQL. RS-232 communications port is configured for DH-485 or DF1?
Watch the status leds for a processor with nothing connected to it's RS-232 communication port.
In doing this the configuration of the channel can be determined.
If the COMM 0/RS232 led remains OFF then the determination can be made that this port is either
configured for a DF1 communications driver or has been disabled.
If the COMM 0/RS232 led flashes approximatly once a second then this is an indication that this
processors communication port has been configured for the DH-485 driver.
The led flashing is the processors way of announcing, to the rest of the DH-485 network it's
presence."
И ещё. Сброс процессора к заводским установкам однозначно сотрёт программу в контроллере. Осторожнее с этим.

А так-же: "Also, if you are using Windows Vista, you must use RSLinx Classic software, version 2.54."

Доброго времени суток.
Возникла проблема: в целях некоторых сетевых экспериментов на WIN Server2003 был установлен RSLinxGateway 2.43.01.23(cpr6). Установка и работа велась под правами администратора. В сервисах Linx висит (и показывает что работает), но само приложение не запускается. При запуске RSLinx Launch Control Panel - он показывает, что сервис не запущен. Если вручную остановить сервис и запустить через Launch Control Panel (нажать start) - сервис запускается, но в LCP остается активной только кнопка start и Linx все равно не работает. Может у кого нибудь была подобная проблема??? Возможно все дело в правах на сервер т.к. в настройках наших системщиков черт ногу сломит.

Help.
Just over a month ago one of our Dell notebook PCs died taking out it's hard drive too. It was known there were some licenses on the drive but it wasn't a major issue as we have other licenses on other PCs. The job of restoring the applications to a replacement notebook wasn't urgent and left to another person. As things transpire this other person resigned and left a short time ago leaving the job of getting things working on my plate. Great.
Another of our engineers is developing a combined CompactLogix and RSView application and wanted to test it with one of our RSEmulate5000 programs (we have 2 licenses) - and hey, as you can guess, one of our lost licenses was for this program. The other license resides with a service engineer who happens to be abroad and he may get violent if we ask for it back!
Although our current RSEmulate5000 is v16 I believe it's a master disk activation as it's an upgrade from v15. The activation certificate states N/A for Product Key and Activation Type, it also says "To activate, insert Master Diskette" - which is a bit of a clue.
I cannot for the life of me find the master disk and to compound matters our TechConnect contract is currently invalid due to some mix up with the renewal. Isn't life great. That's why I'm posing questions on this forum!
Anyone got any suggestions?
Colleagues have offered their thoughts, like "Find a tall building ..." and "Buy some more licenses you stingy old f.....". Bstds.

While buying a support contract provides lots of benefits (not to mention pays my salary... ), we don't require one for activation help.
In this case, you'll most likely need a new master disk shipped out to you. Call into the Support Center and the activations group will get you straightened out.

I called them this morning and sorted out my activation issues and they also confirmed we do have a support contract. Mind you where the support pack went I don't know, probably got lost in the post. Anyway, more is winging it's way to us.
So it's generally a better day. I might have to pop over the pop over the pub at lunchtime for a pint.

Для этого модуля лимит – это 4 connection`a. Если лимит превышен – опять будет жёлтый вопросительный знак. (ID21741 из Knowledge Base) Всё это имеет смысл при условии, что вы корректно сконфигурировали сам модуль 1761-NET-ENI,
В общем случае, вот советы Rockwell при возникновения проблем с этим модулем. (ID47329)
If the 1761-NET-ENI (ENI) is not working check the following items.
1. Verify the baud rates. Match the baud rates between the ENI and the device it is talking with. Perhaps return the PLC to its defaults, for example on an ML 1200 by pressing the COM button.
2. Delete the RSLinx Harmony files. Shut down RSLinx, search for Harmony. Two files will be found, delete them and restart RSLinx.
3. Cycle power on the ENI and the other serial device. If the ENI is powered by the PLC disconnect and reconnect the serial cable, leaving the PLC running.
4. Make sure the ethernet devices driver (AB_ETH-1) is being used.
5. Make sure the EDS file for the 1761-NET-ENI is current.
6. Minise the number of connections the NET ENI is making by, for example, shutting down COM Redirector software and ENI configuration utility.
7.Start replacing hardware.
