Господа специалисты, а нет ли какой-нибудь специализированной утилитки для "оживления" таких контроллеров? Или ControlFLASH единственное ПО?

Данная проблема связана с тем, что FT Activation Server использует параметр таймаута в реестра «HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_ \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ ServicesPipe Timeout». Значение параметра в миллисекундах. По умолчанию это значение равно 85 секундам. Для нормальной работы FT Activation Server значение таймаута не должно превышать 1 секунды. На практике это значение 500-800 мс.
Значение ТАЙМАУТА подбиралось методом перебора.
Проделав такую процедуру, сервер активации будет успешно активировать продукты Rockwell Software, но при запуске всё равно будет отображаться диалоговое сообщение о том, что продукт не был активирован.

If a processor is being upgraded and it is in RUN mode, this message will be displayed. ControlFLASH will not execute. The processor must be in Program mode to perform the upgrade. It could be necessary to power cycle the plc after you switch the key to Program mode
The message was also seen when the processor key switch was in Program mode. The processor had to be changed to Remote Program to perform the upgrade.

есть возможность еще прошить в "инженерном" режиме прогой CFlash на исходную прошивку 19.хх (хотя должна ли она быть именно такой ? , а не 1.15 к.нить ?) или на самую "первую" НО очень внимательно смотрите совместимость версии прошивки и оборудования.
Может возвернется к жизни, а может и ... Кстати, вернуть на 19-ю можно и простым, пользовательским режимом CFlash.
Есть еще интересная задача для "кулибиных" - прошивки слить с работающего проца в "перепрошитый" - но тут оборудование и диагностика должны быть на высоте.

Итак.
Пробовали прошивки 12.38, 13.34, 15.04. Все пробы заканчиваются ошибкой ControlFlash в самом конце процедуры, индикатор OK контроллера моргает красным. В логе указана ошибка "Failed to begin update to the target device. The target device is not in the proper mode to accept an update." Перезагрузив несколько раз контроллер добиваемся того, что индикатор ОК начинает гореть зеленым. Доступ в контроллер через RS232 есть, программу при помощи RSLogix загружаем - но 1769-EthernetPort в программе в ошибке "TimeOut connection", на контроллере MS И NS горят красным цветом. Какие у кого есть мысли?

Поскольку Вы спрашиваете о возможности печати через Ethernet, то речь идёт, по-видимому, о PanelView Plus с портом Ethernet (поправьте меня, если это не так). По этому поводу имеется следующая информация:

3. In Network Connections, change the Device name. An error is generated on startup if you have multiple terminals with the same name on the network, which they will by default.
4. Ensure the IP address for your network is valid. You may need to talk to a network administrator.
5. In the Printer Setup section, go to Alarm-->Diagnostics-->Display Settings and set up the network path and printer type. The network path format is \\SERVER NAME\PRINTER NAME.
6. If necessary, change the printer type to Inkjet. Some Laser printers have trouble with the Laser setting on the PVP/VersaView CE such as the HP Laserjet 4 series printers.
When doing a screen print you will receive an error if you hit the print screen button rapidly. This is caused by the PanelView trying to spool the first print job and not being able to start the second one. Wait until you get the finished printing dialog before trying to screen print again. Alarm printing does not run into this issue. To close out of the finished printing dialog on PanelViews without touch screens, hit the Enter key.

Да уважаемые коллеги, забыл упомянуть что остальная система будет на ControlLogix, собственно поэтому вопрос перешел в сферу оборудования Allen-Bradley. Процессор соответственно имеется и т.д.
